PROGRAMS AND PRICING

One on one

(in person)

Receive personal one on one training (at agreed location) which will last approximately 45 minutes and are focused on strength training to help clients lose fat, build lean muscle, and gain strength. As a corrective exercise specialist, I put a great deal of emphasis on proper form to avoid injury and muscle imbalances.

One on one

(virtual)

With virtual sessions, I train clients in a similar fashion to in person sessions. Equipment will depend on what the client has available to them. We can achieve great results with no equipment at all but I do recommend getting two sets of dumbbells.

Group

(virtual)

Get ready to have fun and get fit with group sessions done virtually. These group sessions are designed to help clients lose fat and gain strength through strength training in a moderate paced environment. Modifications are provided as well as progressions, making these sessions suitable for all fitness levels. At least 1 set of dumbbells is required but 2 sets are recommended to get the best results. Enjoy a space where you meet other like-minded people while being able to work out in the privacy of your own home. No need to worry about childcare. We love seeing the little ones become strong with their mamas!

Nutrition only

(One month)

Receive custom nutrition recommendations based on your goals.  Clients will receive recommended calorie and macronutrient intake along with details for each including examples of what types of foods would be beneficial to reach their goals.  The plan includes a sample meal plans (not a customized meal plan). You will also receive a recommended grocery list and initial consultation either over the phone or email (based on clients preference). The client will email their food log each week for review. A detailed email will be sent back with suggestions/recommendations.

WOrkout Only

(Virtual)

If you are a self motivated individual but unsure of what exercises will help you reach your goals, let me help you create the perfect customized workout plan that will get you the results you desire. You can workout on any day and time that is convenient for you. The customized plan will be created for you based on your experience, equipment, and goals. No gym necessary. All workout plans can be created so that you are able to workout from home with the equipment that you own. Whether your goal is weight loss, increasing endurance, or building lean muscle, I can create the perfect plan for you!

Youth

(in person and virtual)

In today’s world filled with electronic devices, we are seeing a decrease in activity for our youth. I will teach your kids the importance of eating healthy and why we exercise. They will fun with SAQ drills and other exercises that will keep them engaged and enthusiastic about keeping their mind and bodys’ healthy. Instilling these behaviors at a young age is vital in ensuring kids maintain these habits throughout life.

Custom workout/nutrition plan

This is a combination of the “workout only” and “Nutrition only” plan. I will customize workouts for you to complete at your own convenience with the equipment you have available and create a custom nutrition plan so you have everything you need from what exercises to do and how to create a sustainable diet to reach your fitness/weight loss goals.

in person group class

Have a friend or two you want to get fit with? Enjoy working out and getting in shape with group classes. These classes are designed in a similar fashion to the virtual classes but may have a circuit training element to it depending on the amount of people in the class.
